Who You'll Work With

Michael Aihe

Founder & Principal Consultant

Michael has spent more than 13 years in supply chain and operations for the pharmaceutical industry, planning production across global manufacturing networks and leading initiatives at companies including Sanofi Genzyme and Akebia Therapeutics—environments where operational decisions carry consequences measured in millions.

He holds an MBA and an MS in Finance from Suffolk University and served in the United States Marine Corps. His work centers on one discipline: finding where value is trapped inside a business and building the practical path to release it.
